Terms of Service

01Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years of age to access the iFrozeYou Discord server, consistent with Discord's own minimum age requirement, and older where your local jurisdiction requires a higher minimum age to use such services.
• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase any license, subscription, or paid product from iFrozeYou. If you are a minor, you may only purchase with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by this Agreement.
• By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate.

02Ownership and Authority

• iFrozeYou is the official entity and owner of the iFrozeYou Discord server, website, and all associated Software and Services.
• All intellectual property in the Software, including its code, design, branding, logos, and content, is owned by iFrozeYou and is protected by applicable law. No rights are transferred to you except the limited license expressly granted in this Agreement.
• iFrozeYou reserves the right to modify, restrict, suspend, or revoke access to any tools or Services at any time, with or without notice.
• Decisions and directives issued by iFrozeYou and the server administrators are final and must be respected by all members.

03Purpose and Intended Use

• The Software is designed and provided as an educational and network-analysis toolset for learning about networking, diagnosing connection behavior, and conducting research and testing in controlled, authorized environments.
• Intended uses include, without limitation: studying how network traffic behaves under varying conditions, testing the resilience of networks and systems you own, analyzing your own connections, and general education in networking concepts.
• The Software is not intended for, and must not be used for, gaining unauthorized advantage over other users, disrupting third-party connections, or interfering with any system, service, or network you do not own or are not expressly authorized to test.
• You acknowledge that the features of the Software are provided as neutral, general-purpose networking capabilities, and that responsibility for lawful and authorized use rests entirely with you.

04Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not use, and will not permit any third party to use, the Software or Services to:

• Access, test, disrupt, degrade, or interfere with any network, system, server, service, or connection that you do not own or for which you lack explicit, documented authorization.
• Gain an unfair or unauthorized advantage in any online game, platform, or service, or otherwise act in violation of the terms of service, rules, or policies of any third-party platform.
• Conduct, facilitate, or assist in any denial-of-service attack, unauthorized interception of communications, unauthorized surveillance, or any activity that violates applicable computer-misuse, privacy, or telecommunications laws.
• Harass, harm, defraud, or infringe upon the rights of any other person or entity.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, tamper with, resell, redistribute, sublicense, or circumvent any licensing or protection mechanism of the Software, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
• Use the Software in any manner that is unlawful in your jurisdiction or in the jurisdiction where the target system resides.

Violation of this section is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate termination of your license and access, in addition to any legal remedies available to iFrozeYou or affected third parties.

05Third-Party Services and Terms

• You acknowledge that using network tools of any kind may violate the terms of service, end-user license agreements, or acceptable-use policies of third-party platforms, games, or service providers.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing and complying with all such third-party terms. iFrozeYou is not a party to, and bears no responsibility for, any agreement between you and any third party.
• Any consequences imposed by a third party as a result of your use of the Software, including account suspension, banning, or other penalties, are your sole responsibility.

06License Grant and Restrictions

• Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and payment of any applicable fees, iFrozeYou grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for its intended purposes.
• A license, including any license described as "lifetime," is a personal license tied to your account. "Lifetime" refers to the operational lifetime of the applicable product and does not constitute a guarantee of perpetual availability, updates, or support.
• Licenses may not be shared, sold, transferred, sublicensed, or redistributed. Each user requires their own valid license.
• iFrozeYou may suspend or revoke a license, without refund, if you breach this Agreement.

07Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds

• Certain products are offered on a one-time basis and others on a recurring subscription basis, as described at the point of purchase. Prices are stated in the applicable currency and are subject to change for future purchases.
• Subscriptions continue until cancelled by you. You are responsible for cancelling before a renewal date to avoid the next charge. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not retroactively refund charges already incurred.
• Because the Software consists of digital goods delivered and activated immediately, all sales are final and non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law, or where expressly granted by iFrozeYou at its sole discretion.
• You agree not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes. Initiating a chargeback in bad faith may result in immediate and permanent termination of your license and access, and iFrozeYou reserves the right to pursue recovery of any resulting costs.
• iFrozeYou is not responsible for fees, errors, or delays caused by third-party payment providers.

08Personal Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for any and all actions taken using the Software, tools, resources, or information provided through the Services.
• You acknowledge that any decisions made using these tools are your own, and you accept full responsibility for any outcomes that result.
• Neither iFrozeYou, the server administrators, moderators, nor any affiliated parties are liable for how you choose to use the Software or any other tools, nor for any consequences that may result from that use.

09Disclaimer of Warranties

• The Software and Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
• iFrozeYou does not warrant that the Software will be accurate, reliable, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that it will meet your requirements or produce any particular result.
• iFrozeYou does not guarantee the accuracy, effectiveness, security, or legality of the Software or of any other software, tools, or information shared within the server by any party.

10Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, iFrozeYou, its owners, administrators, moderators, and affiliated parties shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or accounts, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Software or Services.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of iFrozeYou for any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Services shall not exceed the amount you actually paid to iFrozeYou for the applicable product in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

11Assumption of Risk

• You acknowledge that the use of the Software, or of any other software tools, automation scripts, or digital resources, carries inherent risks, including but not limited to security vulnerabilities, unintended consequences, data loss, and violations of third-party terms of service.
• It is your responsibility to assess and understand these risks before using the Software or any other provided tools.
• iFrozeYou does not encourage or condone any misuse of software that violates applicable laws, regulations, or ethical standards, and any such misuse is undertaken solely at your own risk.

12Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless iFrozeYou and its owners, administrators, moderators, and affiliated parties from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use or misuse of the Software or Services, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

13Acceptance Through Verification

• By verifying yourself as a member of the server, purchasing a license, or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement in full, including all clauses relating to iFrozeYou as an entity.
• If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not proceed with verification, purchase, or use of the Services.

14Amendments and Enforcement

• These terms may be updated at any time at the sole discretion of iFrozeYou. Material changes will take effect upon posting, and your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. It is your responsibility to stay informed of updates.
• Violation of these terms may result in revocation of access, termination of your license without refund, removal from the server, or any other action deemed necessary by iFrozeYou.
• Failure by iFrozeYou to enforce any provision of this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other.

15Server Rules and Discord Compliance

• All Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines apply to this server in full.
• Members are expected to read these policies carefully and to refrain from violating any Discord guidelines.
• Appropriate action, including removal or permanent ban, will be taken by the server owners against any member who violates the server rules.

16Governing Law and Severability

• This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to iFrozeYou, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from this Agreement will first be raised with iFrozeYou through the official Discord server in a good-faith attempt at resolution before any other action is taken.
• If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
• This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and iFrozeYou regarding the Services and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
